Development of Blended Learning Type and Flipped Classroom-Based Cultural Arts Subjects

This research development is motivated by low learning outcomes Art Culture students of class XI software engineering 1 SMK Negeri 14 Medan. study aims to (1) describe the design blended development, (2) validity result, and (3) know effectiveness use on subjects Culture. The type this using ADDIE model. Data in was collected document recording method, questionnaire, test. Instruments used data collection are reports, questionnaire sheets, multiple-choice objectives. were analyzed qualitative descriptive analysis technique, quantitative inferential statistical technique/inductive t-test. results show that through model consisting analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, validation product validated from expert user review with (a) showed excellent predicated (90.53%); (b) indicated very good (93%); (c) media (95%); (d) individual trial results, small group trials, field trials predicate (98.82%), (87.84%), (92.55%), efficacy test shows result t-count (22.07) t-table (2.007). means, there significant differences student between before after blended. Thus developed effectively improve outcomes.
